StAG Firebox - Closed for judging!

True it is hard to keep to a 1000-1500 word format. If this were true flash fiction that number would be significantly lower like around 500-1000 and strictly no more. Also flash fiction is intended to be written and read fast. So a shorter time limit would be provided if this were a true flash competition.

It was our original intention to actually do those things but it never seemed to suit the group so this is where we are now.

On the flip side of that issue, when the contest is completed you may expand at your leisure and are hereby encouraged to do so (after the competition is completed and prizes have been awarded).
