Gosh, I don't know where there would be more punctuation specific lines like the one you quoted. It is pretty famous. Do you know that book "The Panda Eats Shoots and Leaves" ? It's a whole book on punctuation where every page has some information on commas and punctuation. It might be made for the US market though, in which case your UK students would get the wrong comma information.
