A time machine. That's an interesting question. Personally, I realize the consequences of going back in time means that any small change, even in one's life, could change the entire course of history itself. Not really a good thing. So, I'd keep it safely hidden away so no one would use it.
But if I had to use it....
1) I'd make sure Hitler's Sister would rat him out to the police so he'd never come to power, thus the Germans would never get involved in WWII. And the Jews would not come to harm in the way they had.
2) I'd make sure Castro continued on his quest to be a baseball player and make it to professional league. Then it's quite possible the Cuban Missel Crisis would never have happened.
3) I'm sure there are other small items I could find such as these that could change the course of history. Even like 911, or the tragedy of Martin Luther King, Jr., or the assasinations of Lincoln & Kennedy. Somehow, I could make them right.
