My story keeps coming up with new characters here and there that I hadn't thought of during the Prep. They are unimportant characters that appear only in a scene or two, but still thinking about them takes time. Next year, I am going to write up / develop ten characters in addition to the Prep at least in relation to their physical attributes, so I don't give all of those least important characters blue eyes and grey hair.
