Oh I forgot to say one more thing, you don't have to start with the beginning. sometimes a scene will pop in your brain, write it down. it may not be you beginning sometimes it the end or even a middle scene. I have had a couple of stories happen that way for me. I wrote them down then figured out that in order for the scene to work my reader needed to know something else so I wrote that, then I figured out the in order for them to get where they where going they needed transportation, so I wrote that and the next thing I knew the story was flying six-hundred miles-per-hour. All because I started at the end instead of where we normally think we should start.
So what your ending, do they get married? are there a dozen rotten kids. is he a prince after-all?
