Did you read the Snowflake Method of outlining? How you start with a bare bones couple of things that happen and then slowly build on them?
I want you to take the next piece of your outline that you're stuck at, or whatever, and just consider that one piece. Then write one line to describe it further.
Then two more lines. Do this in a telling method. Keep adding just a little bit.
Reread what you have, then rewrite that to SHOW what happens.
If that doesn't work, come back and I might have another way to get around it. If you have the how, you should be able to 'frelling get there'.
