Novel Workshop Moderator Forum

I'm not sure why the decline - but certainly part of it is the explosion of social media and other review sites (and ways) to get reviews. I do think that if new people join and find themselves in a dedicated, busy group -- they might stay longer.

Aside from that - I would be happy to host anything you like in my port. But I would also not mind if someone else really wanted to. : )

Okay - I'm going to take a stab at this! Please add your own thoughts, everyone!

I think I'm leaning toward going to Carol if she wants us, and is willing to adapt her group into the main group. I would support her being the main moderator of the Novel Workshop if she likes (she has certainly earned that right!) and might suggest adding me and Tania (and Max still) as backup support and at first for doing some of the data entry for transferring our members.

I wouldn't mind getting control of the entry portal and new member sign up, if Dawn doesn't mind, and maybe helping to mentor new members. That might be a good job for all us backup mods (when we can and who is available).

I like Max's idea for suggested changes to the forum to list genre and maybe a blurb, he can demonstrate that for Carol and see what she thinks.
