Forum for moderators to discuss anything and everything for The Novel Workshop. |
Hey Everyone- I thought I replied earlier but it looks like it didn't post. ): I think the best thing is to merge all groups that are over 18 into one group. My understanding is that prior to my time in the groups, that's the way it was. YA should stay on its own as it is the under 18 level, so that makes sense. I am no longer active in any group and honestly have been inactive for so long that I don't remember how to do the basics anymore. I have noticed that a lot of newcomers email me directly when they want to join a group, despite the instructions on the main page and despite the little blurb on my profile, so that leads me to ask: Is there a mod that wants to take it all over and host the pages too? If not, I will continue to pay the yearly fee and keep them in my port, but if so, please speak up. I think all groups need to move to the most active group and if the existing mods are still willing to do maintenance, then perhaps they can all share in the update rotation. Another thing to question is why the groups have trickled down in participation. Do you have new ideas to keep it going or do you think things need to be revamped at all?
