Hey, you're right on that, 10 items for a free membership is the limit. I don't do daily contests so much but sometimes the person who runs the contest will ask you to email them to see if an arrangement can be worked out, so that might be worth doing as it would work in your favour.

Perhaps another way to do it (and again I would check with the person running the contest) is each static item is allowed to be up to 50k in length... a daily story for 1000 words will be around 7k so you could possibly get multiple stories on one item, if that makes sense?
