Hello! I agree with Katie--turn to someone you can trust and share your thoughts and feelings. No one has to remain a "victim" and talking about your particular situation can begin to take away the power of the abuse. My abusers never apologized and it wouldn't have helped me if they had. At some point I realized it was up to me to not continue the abuse by keeping it secret, isolating myself and listening/believing the voices of the abusers. It's hard, but if you find a trusted friend or family member, clergy, or professional, you can start to heal. Never give up to get the peace you deserve. Blessings
