Imagine - I can't give you a definitive answer to your quandary. My GUESS is it's all in the 'feeling' you give to the reader when you present the alien sex. If you give the reader the impression that they are observing a 'child' (someone with child-like innocence) being taken advantage of in a sexual way, then you are in trouble. But if the alien is a child only by some unsympathetic definition of age, yet behaves as an adult, then you are probably okay.
I question how much you want to get into alien sex. Granted, there are some successful novels out there that involve sex between humanoid aliens and humans. But is 'erotica' between two clearly alien individuals really erotic? My suspicion is that it will not be received as such. You might attract biologists who read it on an intellectual level, but there aren't many of them in your target audience. My gut reaction is to have all alien sex go on behind closed doors.
