Thank you all for the pep talk I have indeed let that inner editor escape (I guess the gag is important).

Thanks also for the reminder that first drafts are supposed to be awful. I guess I let the appearance of ease in this project for a lot of people translate in my head to mean that quality stories were also pouring forth. May or may not be true, but I have to remember that everyone is different and it doesn't matter what other people produce out of this, it only matters that I am making my own attempt at writing a novel and I need to actually acknowledge the whole process. I'm trying this morning to take a look at where my story is going and reevaluate where it needs to now for me to reach that 50k goal and the end of the novel.

You are all amazing and wonderful people for taking the time to try to help me through this. I'll do my best to not let you down
