Acid Tongued

Religious or "non-religious" beliefs seem to piss people off regardless whatever side gets pushed against the other.

In general terms- that's a disparaging sea-saw that needs to stop. Unfortunately, both sides are like children fighting that even separated cannot get along.

I figure a fictional story about a monkey shooting up radio-active material isn't on my list of perceived religious offenses.

People post about a billion comments probably every minute of the day on the planet that someone, somewhere would be "offended" by.
Personal attacks are whole different building.
The thing is- simply being "offended" does not make any difference what-so-ever in the known and unknown universe.
I'd say to those who enjoy being offended, "I'm offended that you are offended..are you happy now?"
