It depends on what you want really...

I would always recommend upgraded because of the increase in items you are allowed and all the extra stats for your items.

Look at the link above and see what you get extra...

If you don't get upgraded - you will probably end up getting it during your other membership.

I am assuming that you want to do a lot of writing...

I don't get paid or bribed by staff but upgraded is the best to start off with.

I now have over 330 items so have to have premium - I never thought I would fill the 250 limit on upgraded...

And I depend on all the stats now...
