Jon, thanks so much for the suggestion. I'll definitely do some research on this and see if it might be something for me. I just started taking women's multivitamins and a natural pill made for menopause symptoms. It's helped some, but I'm also not at my time of the month (which is now coming at every two to two and half weeks) at moment, we'll see how well I get through it when it comes. That might be a bit too much info for you, but there it is. lol
