A tool to search a group for the username of a particular member?

I'm not sure if others get as frustrated as I do when searching for a member in a large group and going through twenty pages of group members, only to find that person has changed their handle and I didn't notice... *Smile* A small search box could fix this...

Anyone? *Questiong*
