We had them several years back before moving to New Brunswick. We kept and bred Barred Plymouth Rock. They are a very calm easy to care for breed. Not quite as big as Rhode Island Reds but pretty close. Kids played with them all the time. We'll likely start a flock here as soon as we get a chance.
