I'd tell her something like this:

"You solicited a review from me, which I gave to the best of my ability. You wanted, I assumed, an impartial, objective opinion from someone who owes you nothing and has no predisposition to sugar-coat the truth: an engaged reader, in other words. You received precisely that. You are under no obligation to like what I say; you're perfectly free to ignore everything I say. But if your only reaction is to review my review (which, unlike you, I did not solicit) instead of entertaining the possibility that my objective eyes might have seen things that you missed, I have to wonder why you bother asking for impartial reviews in the first place. You can get a pat on the head and a "NICE JOB!" from your mother. Try her next time."

That's what I said to an asshole who had much the same reaction. Then I'd return the GPs. You might also suggest she read the intro to my forum.
