I'm sorry that you are not getting as many reviews as you'd like, but I don't think you should lose hope and delete your request. It may take some time before someone decides to review your item, so keep it up there.

There are many ways you can request a review. This entry on WDC has a lot of ideas on how to receive reviews for your work. "Seeking Reviews" 

Other than the "Please Review" , you also have the "The Shameless "Plug" Page" . You can offer Auto-rewards for each review as an incentive. You can Sponsor your item, or try a Review Group where in exchange for Gift Points you can receive a number of reviews from its members. Some groups will just ask for a review back.

If you don't have enough Gift Points for any of those solutions, then another option offered is to go to the public reviews page, look at the most credited reviewers which is a list of reviewers who give the most quality reviews. Look at the reviews they give, find a reviewer you like, maybe someone who looks over a lot of poetry, and email the member and ask if they would like to take the time and review one of your items.
You can offer GP's but I am sure that most people would love to help you out for free if you ask nicely
