I get to it by clicking my name on the left hand side on the page, under the WDC logo.
That opens my account information so I click on the Options tab on the top.
Here you can manage your personal display options, personal information, change your password etc. If you scroll down the list you will find "Manage Signature" ... et Voila!
This is where you can edit your signature. Just put the image ID after you upload it to your profile.
For reviews, I use a template on the Review Tool to upload signatures. You can have different templates with different signatures. You need Basic membership or higher to use the Review Tool. Here's more about the "The Review Tool"
