Yeah thats the beauty of state parks here in Arkansas. You don't have to have camping equipment at most of them. You can just Rent a camp. When you pull up everything is all set up waiting on you. :) A few of them offer the rent a tee pee option or the rent an Urt if your more into the Arabian Nights style tents. I couldn't pass up the opprotunity. We had to reserve the camp in Febuary in order to get it. I tried for last year but it was already reserved by March. :) I think its kind of a popular option.
