Hey Sharkdaddy
I am inclined to share this thought.
When we sit down to write a story, we may have a complete story in mind. Perhaps there is a tendency towards giving up too much up front, in an effort to get the story out or to introduce and expand on our character. When we go back and read our completed story. We get a feel for the flow.and......We might find that we came on a bit strong or went on too long in the first few paragraphs.
How bout this.....When we read a story we wrote, and find that it is a good story in it's completion. Then we might question ...was I too aggressive in the opening paragraphs to engage my readers?
