Help! Help!
Well, this is by far the toughest assignment for me. I mention always that English is not my first language. I often have trouble with my vocabulary. This assignment kind of deals with exactly what I am weak at: describing things. I have been doing the Part A of this assignment and am really having trouble with the sound and smell words. I was trying to write about some old house…I put the visual and sound, and then I thought it would be nice if I could show how an old house smells. And well, I found not even three words that might help me describe exactly how the smell would be. Anyone might have an idea how I should proceed? Any suggestion regarding authors (at WDC or otherwise) whose writings are rich in such action words is welcome. I seriously need a good stock of sound, smell and taste words.
