Sitting on top of the World

Well, there's my cliche. But it's true. I just got an email from the literary quarterly Glimmertrain. The story I submitted didn't win. But it did place in the top 5% and earned an Honorable Mention! Diane gave me some pointers on it last term and I wanted to publicaly thank her for her help.

Now I'm going to use what I learn in Cache and send it out for another contest, and this time, dog gone it, I'm going to win!
