Dear Claudia, To make a successful change in most any venture, you must do it sytematically. You make a plan or a list and you stick to it while constantly praying about it to be sure you are on the right track and have not again fallen into faulty reasoning or faulty actions You do not let yourself get side-tracked until you are successful, not always easy in one as curious as you. :) Study, study, study. If you can, study the law. If you cannot, then get a tutor or trust someone with knowledge about God to guide you. We have been told not to lean on our own understanding, very good advice. Self admiration is not an altogether bad thing but it can lead one far astray if not checked. My earthly father, Joseph, reminded me of that often while teaching me carpentry. He said to me, 'there are laws, rules by which carpentry is done.' And I say, 'there are laws and rules by which any righteous activity should be done.' Unrighteous activities should not be done at all. Activity most usually comes from our own thoughts and wisdom. Always think at least twice about your own deductions and you shall do well. Go in peace with my blessing. Be careful. Jesus ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** http://biblebooksandbrides.blogspot.com/ |
