What you say makes sense to me Antonius. But this list of 10 Commandments from the note under the stone is daunting. It seems so nice at first to have a list from which to check off items and then consider our work is complete, we are then holy. But, upon reflecting on what those commandments really mean, I would find it hard to keep them all, all the time, every day of my life. No, I do not think I can do it all on my own strength but having the commandments will give me something to look to, to check myself. I confess to having coveted things and I have violated a few of the other commandments but even to transgress in one would negate my holiness, would it not?

Therefore, we must keep those laws and God must have some part as well, knowing that I am human and not naturally holy like he is.
