Give Getting Started more prominence on the HUB page

Dear SM,

Many newcomers post very elemental questions on the "Technical Support Forum" Open in new Window..
If the Getting Started link were a lot more noticeable on the HUB page, instead of a rather small font at the top, some of the newcomers basic questions might not have to be answered on the "Technical Support Forum" Open in new Window..
