Suggestion Box

More times than I would like, there are times when there is a misunderstanding between members. Emails and reviews are not understood correctly or else two people let their emotions get the best of them. In that instance where both members come to a resolution and move past the issue and actually become closer, I think there should be a merit badge that can be awarded to someone who really goes the extra mile to work out an issue that could, otherwise, divide two people. Diplomacy is a skill in and of itself, and one that should specifically be awardable here. Thanks for considering this idea!
