         Sometimes, you simply have to do what you need to do. Perhaps Turner Falls was not the location you needed to visit right now. If you're meant to come back to it, you will. And if you don't go back there, then there's probably a reason for that, too. I've shelved more tan a few projects over the years, either to come back and take them in a much different direction, or in one case to permanently leave it because of the darkness I found there (and did not like being a part of).

         It sounds like you have other projects right now that need your attention, anyway. So step away and give yourself time. Perhaps you won't come back to Turner Falls. Or you might come back and find it a much different place. If and when the time is right, you'll find the words in Turner Falls. And if not, you may very well use them elsewhere.
