The Write-a-thon

Don't worry, White Team, I won't let you down! You just won't see it until about the last week. Think of me more as the tortoise than the hare.

I'm happy to say that I'm better now. Whoo hoo!! And, I'm done playing with the new mp3 player. It now "just" plays music. I'm done giving myself guilt trips and I'll settle down to write again every day. As usual, the final week will find me furiously typing on my keyboard. I'll have to wait and see next year if this continues to be a pattern with me. I have this sneaking suspicion that it will.

Anyway! I'm looking at 7 wonderful hours tomorrow where I can write. Okay, I'll admit it. I'll probably only write 2-3 hours, but that's better than what I have done so far. Well, except for that one day right before I got sick. I'm hoping to duplicate that day over and over until the end. I'd better or there won't be a win this year for me. lol

I wrote for a tiny bit today and managed to get my last character introduced. It's about time. Sheesh. She took forever to venture on to the stage. I didn't think she was shy. Now to get into the story for real and see what happens. Tomorrow I will do that. Tonight, I'll add in the few words I managed to do and call it good. I'm worn out and that is a good thing. That will enable me to wake up tomorrow ready to shove the kids out the door to school and get to writing. I'm looking forward to it.
