How well can they speel?
first I would give them a speeling test and ask them to spell the word kid and if they said k-i-d I wouldn't invite them. they would have to speel it t-h-e w-o-r-d k-i-d. then I would ask them a lot of stupid questions and see whose answers I liked best. the person with the most weird answers would be the one I invited.
