Helena would know less about the architecture but more about the city layout. Like she probably knows a bit from a civil engineering point-of-view, including (oddly enough) the layout of the sewer system, transportation within, into and out of the city, etc. But she should know a little about architecture, given her noble upbringing... things like the town hall, important monuments or buildings, etc.
