Forum Suggestion: email notifications

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any way to add a feature that would notify the owner of a forum when someone posts in the forum. I know you can get notified if someone replies to a post you make, but it would be really handy for the owner of the forum to have a similar notification for when people post. I know not everyone would want this feature, so it'd be great if it could be turned off and on.
