Especially for LDS and Friends!

We moved a few weeks ago, and I've been approached by the bishopric to speak Sunday. It's been many years since I spoke in church. I'm to introduce my family, and speak on a topic of my choosing. We weren't active in our last ward, so it's been a while since I heard a new member introduction talk. How much do I say about my family? How long should my short talk be? Yes, a little panic here. There are times I wish I could say no, like my husband does...
