I just finished The Broom of the System by David Foster Wallace over the weekend. It was very interesting and I understand why all the critics love his work. He's a fascinating writer.
I picked up Ilona Andrew's Magic Strikes (3rd in the Kate Daniels novels) and really enjoyed it. It's great urban fantasy and a very fast read.
Finally, reading Lee Child's Without Failure. It's not bad except I'm not a huge conspiracy theory person and having lived in DC for over a decade now, it makes me crazy when authors have people driving places they can't! Sorry, but you can't fly down Pennsylvania Avenue in front of the White House -- even if you are Secret Service. There are barricades!!!
