And yet I find myself at a constant crossroads; when one decision is made, consequences seen in the near or distant future, I am pulled back to the crossroads from whence I came, only to become lost in my head, my notions and my feelings once more. I know that when it's all over, when I'm numb for the final time, I'll see that it was this crossroads that saved me from the needy nature of myself.
