Hi Zia,
I'm new to the forum myself. Acme is right, click on the "getting started" link and start explorin' the forum. Take one of your latest writings and post it in your Portfolio ("port" is the shorthand term) and wait for a review to show up. So far the reviews I've received have all made good suggestions to my posts. I'm a retired journalist and thought I should be able to slip right into writing fiction...but it's a whole different kind of writing and I'm learning a lot via this forum.
