Hi Horton,
I'm pretty new to the forum myself and I know that you can find it daunting to wend your way through it all. I'm still learning. The main thing I've found is to post a piece and get some feed back on it, I've found the suggestions I've received in the couple of months that I've been a member to have been invaluable.
I'm confused though, what is a "social article"? I'm a retired newspaper journalist and that's a new one to me. Post it as "other", I'd love to see it.
