Political elections are like football games. We talk about believing in party platforms and principles, but we frequently excuse our own candidates of bad behavior. As a conservative and I feel bad about McCain losing, but I was really mad at him not too long ago over some of his bills. Go figure! Anyway, I think it is important to pray for our president, whoever he is, so that he'll be guided to make good decisions on behalf of the country. If Obama turns out to be a good president, good on him. If not, he'll get voted out just like Carter.
