A bitem is basically a published item in format. Take for example this:
 Invalid Item Open in new Window.
This item number is not valid.
#1469927 by Not Available.
and it ends up as the desired item of your choice. the bitem that I chose belonged to The Darkness Underneath. So I hope this helps and please reply!
