Thanks, Dragon! I appreciate your comments - which are all valid and good ones. Others have pointed out Alice too, wanting to know more about her - but, she's a peripheral character. I'm sure I can add a little to let everyone know she's actually his only good friend.

Thanks again! I needed to understand if I was providing enough "hotness" and suspense to keep you turning the page, as it were.
