The documentation hasn't been edited in about a year, and that was back when the "review without ratings" feature came out. The line that "Items that are 'unrateable' signify to our community members that you are not looking for constructive feedback on that item" (which is a sweeping assertion I don't quite agree with) has always been present. Is that what you were talking about, or are you looking at something else?
