You're a funny guy. I meant that normally you see all bodies covered in film/TV when no autopsy is performed, e.g. when a relative has to identify a murder victim. Then only the head/shoulders are uncovered (even in the so correct Law&Order ). That's another mistake in films. In reality the soft tissues - like in the face - can deteriorate quite quickly after death and change once known features beyond recognition... therefore family members have see the whole body to identify the victims via scars, tattoos etc.
