Found it - levels

There's an explanation of Frankie's reasoning in the "manage levels" section of the workshop group....someone may want to take that out. Looks like it was based on length of membership.

Secondly, I have an idea that would help me, and maybe others. Could someone write a FAQ for moderators? I'm new, but also I do some of this stuff just often enough to forget how! Like adding new members (where you go to do that), levels, how to update the boards, etc.
That way you guys wouldn't have to keep answering the same newbie questions over and over....what do you think?
