Review of Crimson Cries Chapter 3
by A Non-Existent User
Title of Book: Crimson Cries
Chapter #: Chapter 3

Author: DusktilDawn

Setting: The home of Aiden, Daniella, and (he is referenced) Spencer.

Characters: Aiden, Daniella, Palladin Sandalio, and Spencer (by reference). I didn’t pick up any physical descriptions in this chapter except for Palladin. His description reminded me of the character in the silent film “Nosferatu”.. I’m not sure if Aiden and Daniella are married. I get the impression that they are and that Spencer is either Caniella’s ex or her lover. Part of the problem is that I’m picking up aftrer a week or so. I re-read the previous 2 chapters, but I’m still unsure of the relationships.

Referencing: This is a difficult read for me since I know nothing about werewolves. I have idea what a vilkacis is.

Plot: Basically it seems that Palladin is warning the other of a plot by the vilkacis to destroy them.

Grammar: I’m so happy the characters, some of who may be hundreds of years old, speak in modern terms.

General: Forgetting that I’m not a vampire book fan, this is well written and I can get an idea of the characters emotions. Daniella likes Spencer, no one likes Palladin, Aiden doesn’t like anyone except, perhaps, Daniella.

One typo – “Spender” instead of “Spencer”.
