Thanks for the tip. I've taken a very quick look at the link and I will almost definitely submit something. A $10 entry fee isn't much if you get the journal. Anyone who hopes to publish should be subscribing (or at least reading) some of these journals, anway (or so I am told. I haven't done it yet myself.)

What do you mean by people might start posting there for free instead of entering legally?
