My vote is Greek God, but I think it's author preference. My husband is Greek so I may be biased. There's the argument that you should only capitalize god if you're using it as a name not a reference to his looks. I have a weird observation and please don't take offense, but the term, he looked like a Greek God, gets used so much in erotic romance that to me it's cliche'. If that's how you're using it, you may want to reconsider and just describe him.
