Greetings! From the discussions I've read, the staff has not received proof of her death. The staff needs to receive a copy of the member's death certificate or another proof of death in order to make a case turn white. In Very Sara's case, her next of kin never sent any such documentation. As far as I understand, her family was not even aware of her membership on the site.
