I have no doubt I am doing it right. 99% of my replies from reviewees and observers prove it to me. The other 1% don't reply, which is okay too.

I think more leave from receiving reviews that are written to show off a reviewers smarts, not to actually help or guide anyone. They are so convuluted and complicated the writers are made to feel like fools, and that isn't respectful. Those that are hurt enough from a critical review to quit aren't writing for publication and should have said so in the beginning. We can't be mind readers all the time, though I'm getting pretty good at it.
