I can understand the 1 review point per 100 reviews, but when reviews are deleted for whatever reason, the work has already been done. It's like being paid to paint a house, and then having someone on the doorstep wanting the money back because they had the house painted another color.

*sigh* Reviews take time and effort to write well. Then when the review points disappear, it hurts.
